• Deep Cleans: £25 per hour

• End Of Tenancy Cleans: Priced per job

Deep Cleans (more thorough) includes everything in a regular clean plus:

• Descaling of bathroom tiles, showers and taps

• Intensive cleaning of skirting boards, door frames and light switches

• Cleaning behind and under accessible furniture and appliances

• Full interior window cleaned

End Of Tenancy Cleans (move out standard)Includes deep-clean tasks plus:

• Full kitchen deep clean (inside appliances, cupboards and worktops)

• Intensive bathroom clean and grout cleaning

• Removal of built up dirt on skirting boards, doors and fixtures

• Thorough floor clean

• Oven clean (additional cost)

Notes:

• Regular and deep cleans are priced per hour. End of tenancy cleans are priced per job. Final cost will depend on property size and required time.

• Oven and Fridge cleans incur an additional charge.

• Equipment and standard cleaning supplies are provided. If you prefer specialist products please advise when booking.
